Today is my last chance to take my girls to get some last minute things for school. Mostly it will just be a day to try and enjoy them before they both head back to school and I am left at home alone ALL DAY for the first time in 9+ years. Think of all the blogging and running I'll be able to accomplish then :)
The best news I couldn't wait to share..........I got a new treadmill on Saturday!!!!!!!!!! It's a miracle!!!!!! Okay, not that amazing and wonderful to most but to me it was much needed. Most of you know I had a hate/hate relationship with the one I was using. There will be pics and a full review. The best part is that so far my knee has felt great on it.

hope you enjoyed your time with your girls!! my oldest starts 1st grade tomorrow! crazy thing to send him off for full day every day! Still two more at home so I have a ways to go!! Congrats on your new treadmill! i am running portland too...good luck on the rest of your training!
