1. My lovely husband decided to try and use my laptop to do his video editing on. Now it is having issues and I can't add anything else onto it. This is a major problem for me since besides running, photography is a huge love of mine. A post without a photo just seems wrong. I'm working on that.
2. Our family driving adventure has thrown things off. Between losing my Grandpa and the stresses of life in general my running/training has suffered. I am determined to turn this around a.s.a.p.

3. Chest pains. Three days ago I had my first sign of something being wrong. I was just reading in my chair before bed and suddenly it felt like an elephant was on my chest. It hurt to breathe or move. It continued on for about 10 minutes. I have a high pain tolerance so it really freaked me out. This afternoon I was doing chores and every time I leaned over I had major pain/pressure in my chest. Scary stuff since my Dad had open heart surgery and had to have a valve replacement 5 years ago. Even scarier since it is genetic and I haven't been tested to see if I might have issues. If it gets worse, I'll have to find a way to get tested for it.
4. I have a giveaway but I really wanted to post the review/pics at the same time. I swear it's coming. I'll find a way tomorrow.
Thanks again to all of my followers for sticking with me. I have lots of running planned. As long as I don't drop dead of a heart attack, things will be fine. Good things are coming~Promise.

I hope things get less stressful. I'll be thinking about you!
Hope things are getting better and turning a corner...I have been there over the past year as well.
Do you think that you could be having panic attacks r/t stress. I have had them before and it almost feels as though you are having a heart attack. Take care of yourself!
chest pain is NOTHING to ignore. if it happens under exertion and then lessens when you rest, it may 'just' be angina. get it checked out anyway. (note: I am an ICU RN, and this advice is in NO WAY an attempt to diagnose, treat, or cure anything. perhaps, though, it will motivate you to get it checked out.)
just sayin'.
in other news, I am sorry to hear about your loss. i can't imagine.

I have a feeling it's anxiety/stress, but definitely get yourself checked out. I hope everything calms down for you soon!
I hope your laptop is fixed up soon and that the chest pains don't continue!
I had the same thought as "Rene". I get panic attacks and it feels like a heart attack.
Praying things get better / less stressful for you.
Take care of yourself. :)
Poor Stac! Maybe you guys should come over, say next Tuesday and see if we can't make you feel better. Talking about shoe shopping and Portland should help right? Plus eating, a healthy dinner, with dessert of course, always helps too! Oh and my bike should be here so you can try that too, or Jesse's since you are so tall! Feel better!
I get like that when I'm stressed. Hope that's all it is. Best to get it checked out, though.
I have gotten those before and they are panic attacks. But, get checked out just in case. Hope you get to feeling better.
