Breaking Stride

I was contacted yesterday by Stephen Paske, an avid runner and author. He is currently trying to get the word out on his new book, Breaking Stride. It’s a story about two high school runners and their obsessive quest to win the State Cross Country Meet, with an unexpected ending that teaches a lesson in sportsmanship.

The book is being offered free of charge in PDF format at www.breakingstride.webs.com In addition, Stephen is offering signed print copies at the same website on a name-your-price basis ($1 - $9.95, the original cover price). How great is that??? No pressure, and if you like it then you can name your own price. Those that don’t like it, well, they don’t lose anything.

The book has been reviewed by Running Times and was even given a good review by former Olympic Marathon Medalist Deena Kastor.

I will be doing a full review of the book once I read it. I can't wait. Please help spread the word. Running and reading are two of my favorite things. Let's try to help another runner out.
