Our friends, Rob & Theresa called last week to invite us over yesterday afternoon for "treats" and for a surprise for the girls. Rob worked on the railroad with Jason's Dad, Dean, and is now retired. He also worked the same shift as me and the girls when we were at the fair this year in the Operation Lifesaver Booth. Makinley and Rob hit it off. Both girls really enjoy seeing both Rob & Theresa.
When we arrived Theresa had the house looking amazing. The table had meat, cheese, crackers, fudge, carrot cake and a few other yummy treats. We all started snacking and hung out talking in the living room by their Christmas tree. Theresa had planned ahead and had set up an awesome table for the girls with their own bowls of frosting and colored gels to decorate sugar cookies. They were so excited. They really enjoyed making them.
After the girls were done with their cookies, Rob & Theresa had another surprise. They each had a present under the tree. They got to open them there so they were giddy with excitement. They each got a Hannah Montana guitar and Hannah Doll. They have played the guitars non-stop since getting them. Tour dates will be available soon :)
