Today was our Christmas time with Jason's Mom. The girls were very excited. With all of the snow it seems like we have been trapped forever. We were all looking forward to this time together.
I took pictures from each girl and framed it for all of the grandparents and for a few other family members. The girls had fun picking out the poses and putting it all together. They enjoyed watching Grandma open her gift.
Jason's sister Amber & her fiance Brice also had something for the girls. Makinley got a coat and some boots that she had wanted. She loved them. She wore the boots all day. Makenna got an outfit and a hat that she liked. She was excited about her hat.
Jason got a cute BBQ snowman ornament for the tree. We also got a ping pong table from his Mom & Randy. That was cool. We can't wait to get it put together and play.
The grand finale was the girls each got a new bicycle. Makenna mastered riding without training wheels. We really haven't lived anywhere where they could ride a bike easily but we have a great area for that here. Now both girls will be able to have a great place to learn and have fun. We just need to be able to find the pavement again under all the snow.
All the girl had fun playing a matching game.
Thank you to Grandma Bonnie for everything & to Randy for getting her here and for putting together Makinley's bike. We know it was a crazy snow day and we were thankful that we still got to spend the afternoon together.
