Run When You Can, Walk If You Have To, Crawl If You Must, Just Never Give Up~Dean Karnazes
A race is a work of art that people can look at and be affected in as many ways as they're capable of understanding-Steve Prefontaine
Some of the world's greatest feats were accomplished by people not smart enough to know they were impossible.
Those who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those doing it.
Our sport is your sports punishment.
I do not run to add days to my life, I run to add life to my days.
If you can still think, you're not dead, and if you're not dead, you can keep going.
The miracle isn't that I finished.... the miracle is I had the courage to start.
There are two types of people: those who run and those who should.
You have a choice. You can throw in the towel or you can use it to wipe the sweat off your face.
The woods are lovely dark and deep, but I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep, and miles to go before I sleep-Robert Frost
Running is a mental sport...and we're all insane.
The greatest pleasure in life is doing the things people say we cannot do.
Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.
Life is not having and getting, but being and becoming.
Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.
